Lets face it: "I, Robot is a terrible movie and so was I Am Legend.
These are both books are amazing and classic science fiction, but even here, the movie sucked majorly.
There are some good songs-2-play gives the cinema, but not everything with Will Smith in it.
In both films have attempted a serious role, is certainly not something that is play well. It is a very easy-going guy, and he played this role throughout his career. So why the change room? I do not know, but it is seriously slipping some classic characters well.

I like Will Smith. I agree that those movies you mentioned would have been better, but the fault of the director, not Will Smith.
Provision should be playing the same hip, smart man who is loyal to his family be banned. Martin Lawrence must go too.
